My recent stay at Mark Twain Hotel for a corporate retreat was a mix of highs and lows. the location was ideal for our event, not far from the city buzz yet tranquil enough to focus on work. the breakfast offering was basic, but sufficient to kickstart the day. I appreciated the in-room fridge for convenience. The highlight of my stay was the concierge, Andrea, who exemplified kindness and went above and beyond to enhance our experience. the room was impeccably clean, providing a warm and cozy retreat after a long day of meetings. Regarding working remotely, the hotel excelled with its efficient Wi-Fi and comfortable work desk in the room. While services were adequate, there is room for improvement in the breakfast menu variety and staff training. Overall, Mark Twain Hotel is a reliable choice for business travelers seeking a peaceful retreat in a convenient location.
